To elevate the flagship villa’s experiential value by crafting a seamless spatial, sensory, and lighting transformation.
Interior planning, mood lighting design, custom furniture, spa zoning, outdoor-indoor continuity, sculptural feature elements.
Concept
The concept began with one question: how do you frame silence and sunlight? Elrune set out to design a villa that breathes—where space is not filled, but felt. The goal was to create a poetic rhythm between openness, light, and refined intimacy.
Vision
Our vision was to craft a space where sunrise was cinematic, and sunset—sacred. We envisioned Astra as a villa that unfolds like a scroll: natural, tactile, and deeply personal. Nothing overpowering, everything intentional.
Inspirations
Inspired by Cycladic curves, cliffside shadows, and the minimalist rituals of Japanese ryokans, we infused the space with Greco-Scandinavian balance. Material palettes borrowed from volcanic stone, hand-sanded plaster, and sun-bleached wood.
Design Philosophy
Elrune’s belief in emotional luxury guided every line. We focused on softness of transition, sculptural minimalism, and textural contrast. Lighting was treated like breath—changing with time, angle, and silence. The villa was designed to be quietly unforgettable.
Execution
Our team worked closely with Aegean stonemasons and light architects in Copenhagen. Floating daybeds, recessed lighting wells, and polished marble soaking zones were custom-built. Indoor greens were planted in soil pockets carved into the architecture. The final result: Astra became a poem in limestone and lavender air.
“Every inch of this villa now speaks in rhythm. Our guests often extend their stays—not for the view, but for the feeling.”
